Ruby Revue is a Dallas-based outfit with monthly burlesque performances in Dallas and Houston, and they are also the producers behind the Dallas Burlesque Festival, held annually.  Friday night’s performance (August 26), “Burlesque Around the World”, at the House of Blues in Dallas, Texas was dedicated to the memory of Shannon Terry.  Their efforts included a raffle at Friday’s show, which raised over $150 for the Conquer Chiari Walk Across America, that will take place on September 17, 2011.  The Ruby Revue tells us that this will be an ongoing effort for their organization, to continue to raise money which Conquer Chiari can use to fund awareness and research.  “Team Infinity” will walk in Shannon’s memory, at the Plano, Texas site for the walk.
